Our Conviction
“In autonomous aerial warfare, the decisive advantage belongs to whoever owns the best data and the best models.”

Vigil Autonomy was founded on a single conviction: the counter-UAS community is data-starved. Operators field systems trained on inadequate datasets, evaluated on synthetic benchmarks that don't translate to real-world performance.

We're not building the drones. We're not building the interceptors. We build the intelligence layer — the datasets, simulation tools, and pre-trained models that make every C-UAS system in the field faster, smarter, and more capable.

The Threat

Cheap.
Fast.
Endless.

Adversary drones cost $500. The kill chains built to stop them cost millions. That arithmetic doesn't work — and it's getting worse as commercial autonomy compounds.

From Ukraine to the Red Sea, from the Taiwanese Strait to the southern border, small unmanned systems have become the defining asymmetric threat of our era. Swarm tactics. Explosive payloads. ISR at scale. The old playbook — expensive interceptors, slow decision loops, human-in-the-loop — cannot keep pace.

The problem is not hardware. The problem is intelligence. Counter-UAS systems need better data, better models, and faster decision cycles. That's the gap Vigil Autonomy was built to close.
